Opinions - thai kratom vs indo kratom

what is the best out the two which is more stimulating and what is more sedating is it better to ingest it or smoke it
swim is going to buy some but wants the more stimulant one out of these 3 which would you say is more of a stimulant indo green veins,indo red Veins or thai red veins (Powdered Leaves)

thai is stimulant...indo is sedating...and kratom is not meant to be smoked

don't smoke kratom. don't try to inject it either. It works perfectly well in your belly, why do people always try to smoke it?! thai is energizing, indo is sedating.
