Where is alcohol cheaper-- Oregon or California?

Hi, I was wondering where alcohol would generally be cheaper (hard liquor, that is). I notice in California, I can buy a big bottle of Bombay Sapphire at a Costco for 28 dollars + tax. I an also get a decent size bottle of Petron at Costco for like 60 bucks + tax. Is this going to be cheaper than if I were to buy them in Oregon, where they don't sell liquor in grocery stores? And how do Oregon liquor taxes compare to Californias?

Thanks for any insight.

Err.. I just read something... does Oregon even have a sales tax on hard liquor?
