So instead of having trip reports telling people what can happen (like the sticky), I think "real" dangers should be more hit upon.

My point being that recent studies discovered that "suggested doses" of Diphenhydramine alone increase the risk of Alzheimers. You can only imagine what "recreational" doses do to that risk. Trust me you don't wan't to fuck with Alzheimers and the UNKNOWN damage that is occurring in the brain that hasn't been discovered yet.

And of course the more obvious danger of HPPD, which isn't fun at all.

man don't worry man swim has tripped on Diph loads of times (sometimes >1000mg) and theres no lasting damage, not even when frequently used at recreational doses. not like with some other drugs like DXM, or ecstasy.

prolonged use of DXM has impaired swim's vision and now everything is blurry all of the time(unless he closes one eye in that "Dex Wink") Swim knows from personal experience man
