Effects - Tripping Hawaiian Baby Woodrose Puke Question

After ingesting Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds how long should someone wait to puke (if someone feels the need to) and still feel the effects. SWIM tried some before and must have puked to early.... SWIM thinks he puked because he made kool-aid with the seeds (which tasted good, btw), but consumed a lot of water in the process which may have been too much. If anyone could answer swims question it would be very useful, probably for a lot of people.
