Side effects - Allergy? Anxiety? Heartburn? OD?

Hey all. SWIM was prescribed Adderall IR a couple months ago for ADHD, and has been using recreationally and/or as needed. A typical single dose is usually between 20-40 mg. There have been a few times, usually the last dose of a moderate day binge (3-4 doses over 12-16 hrs), that he's suffered side effects that he's not sure how to identify.

He currently has a sore throat, on or off Adderall, but the Adderall seems to intensify it and also cause a strange burning/tingling sensation down his throat, through his chest, and in his stomach. When he presses lightly with his hand upon any part of his belly, ribs, chest, or back, the tingling in pressed area is quite strong, as if someone poured water on it. When he swallows food or fluid, he feel it quite strongly all the way down to his stomach. He's afraid it might be caused by some kind of inflammation or allergic reaction. He also notices that his pre-existing sore throat takes on more of a swelling symptom, and burns more. Swallowing is a little more squeezed in. He also noticed that the left side of his body is usually cold, when experiencing these symptoms. When anxious, breathing problems and racing heart occur.

He really enjoys the medication both recreationally and medicinally, but isn't sure if this is a sign of danger ahead.
