Funny how they will leave SWIM out to dry even when its their fault.

So if its happened to you this is the place to rant about it.

Re: Have you become addicted thanks to doctors?

Sparkles has an awesome GP, but this wasn't always the way. She was hospitalised when she was eleven and given diazepam, which she became addicted to, she went on to become addicted to most drugs over the next thirty years. She did use this to justify her addiction for a long time, after all it wasn't her fault...was it? Just like she used the abuse she suffered as a child to justify her drug use.
However, once she became old enough to deal with these problems she really had no excuse. But it took years to get her head round this idea, and even longer to process it and believe it. Whatever the reason she started using, it was her choice to continue, no one ever forced her to take anything.
Maybe a rant will deal with the frustration the OP feels, but perhaps it's only a way to divert their feelings from the real problem?
Sparkles knows it's difficult, but she does understand. If the OP is out of downers he's gonna have to be careful, he could get some nasty W/D, just be careful.
Take care.
Sparkles.
