SWIM trippin with a friend. Both had same amount 250 mg of DXM and 400 DIPH. Well after a few hours of tripping, SWIM finally got the courage to talk and ask him if he was ready to go to bed. they were both sleeping in entirely different rooms. SWIM was laying in bed with my eyes closed, but suddenly was somewhere else (eyes were still closed) SWIM started talking to my friend at someone else's house, but it felt like SWIM was actually talking out loud. SWIM knew he wasn't really there and SWIM almost got up to tell him. Next day SWIM told him about it and he said he too was talking to me at the same house SWIM "visioned"

SWIM is very sorry for your loss. A friend of hers recently lost the girl he was dating to suicide as well, and it was a rather upsetting experience for him.

From SWIM's research, Diphenhydramine is a sedative and hypnotic, with Dextromethorphan being a dissociative psychedelic. In SWIM's experience the feeling she gets of being disconnected from reality and skewed from the perspective of time, is similar for her in her experimentation with both substances. She does not find it unusual that SWIY had such an experience, as the distortion in perception is a common report from others who have taken either Diphenhydramine or DXM in large quantities.

SWIM has currently been taking DXM to deal with her own depression. Although it helps her relax and sleep, she knows that long time use could possibly lead to more permanent psychosis.
