Necessary to Remove Coating from Hawaiian Baby Woodrose Seeds?
Swim is going to be receiving some HBWR seeds in the mail sometime soon, and has a few questions. Swim has searched for these without conclusive answers, people disagreeing, and would like the straight answer.
Before eating the seeds, does Swim need to take off any coating, whether it be the shell or some furry/white stuff? Is it worth doing an extraction? Is there always nausea when eating just the seeds? Swim would greatly appreciate if someone could give him a straight answer to these questions. Jamez0905 added 15 Minutes and 58 Seconds later... I really hate to double post, but I cannot edit my original post. Swim has one more question, is it better to eat the seeds whole, or grind them up? Last edited by Jamez0905; 03-09-2009 at 10:03.
