how to get 60 mg of adderall xr out of your system

i took 60 mg of adderall xr this morning. i am prescribed 30 mg per day. but recently i was put on a weekly drug test by court. i tried to go to the doctor who prescribed them to me for proof of prescrition to bring to the person who piss tests me but they say i owe them money and they can not offer any services. so in other words im about to get locked up for somethin im prescribed. my question is whats the best way to get adderall xr out of my system?
