Measuring Psilocybin Content in Mushrooms?

Does any one ever tried to measure the Psilocybin in the shrooms they culture or consume? Hoping that some one out there maybe has a recipe to quantify the content of active ingredients by means of perhaps Thin layer chromatography or the like?
