Difference between mephedrone and mephylone

SWIM has been trying to find out about these 2 drugs and was under the impression that they were very similar drugs but now SWIM has just read that one is a substitute for heroin while the other is similar to MDMA.

Is this true and if so which is similar to MDMA? SWIM doesn't see how they could be similar if this is true.

*What happened was the site that SWIM was getting the information from was confusing mephedrone and methadone.
