SWIM needs help with the effects of methylphenidate
Dear SWIMs
SWIM got some questions about Concerta. As mentioned in a topic before SWIM got concerta 36mg pills. (All oral use). SWIM has come to the conclution that either he swallows the pills whole or he chews the pills and then swallow them to get it all absorbed at once. What SWIM has noticed is that if he swallows the pill whole, one 36mg pill will only make him tired. If he swallows let’s say two pills he will get some energy for around 3h and then he will get tired. If he instead chews the pill, one 36mg, he will get energy and motivation but only for about 1h. This is not all, SWIM do also experiance very hard come downs after he consumes the concerta pills. Usually if he takes a 36mg pill and chew it, after about 1h he will start to experience the come down which is very unpleasant and hard. He feels restless and sometimes can feel his hands shaking. Now to SWIMS question, does any SWIM maybe know why SWIM is experiencing these kinds of come downs this fast after the intake of methylphenidate or if there is anything he can do? The thing is that during the 1h of the stimulation he feels great and is motivated to study very hard and learn all about everything.
SWIM thanks in advance

Should be added that if SWIM intake around 150mg of Tramadol oraly (ofcourse not at the same time as the Methylphenidate) he will experiance a comedown after about 2h wich is not very far away in characteristics for the comedown he gets after methylphenidate.
