Nitrous Oxide Opinion
Not sure if this kind of thing is normally on the forum but feel Swim should talk about his experiences and opinions of Nitrous oxide. Swim has been doing nitrous oxide for years and started with 8g and then moved up to 16g. Swim takes daily Vitamin B tablets to help with side effects. Swim has spent well over a grand on the stuff and sometimes as large as 800 at a time. Swim has noticed stuff he feels should be pointed out and these have been said in other threads but feels if his whole opinions are put in one place it may help. Swim has noticed reverse tolerance with nitrous oxide and no longer relies on a balloon. Swim feels that although a balloon works and having tried it with out a balloon near starting nitrous oxide and not enjoying the effects, swim feels doing it without is stronger once the user is more experienced. Swim does however use condoms (need something to wipe the lube off with) as he can put in 3 x 16g into it. Swim does pass out most times doing that much. Swim has also tried passing it backwards and forwards with his girlfriend as well as female mates. Swim has noticed ear ringing as well as hearing go down. Swim did have an ear problem as well where he could hardly ear out of the ear but got it injected and it was made better. Swim feels this is unrelated but others may feel it is so feels it is required knowledge. Swim feels nitrous oxide is a rarely known drug by the police as well as drug users and public. Swim has at times set up nitrous oxide in church yards, parks, benches near the cars, side of motorways. Swim has had chavs come up and ask for some but nitrous oxide is normally taken wrong and when swim offers to tell them how to do it they say they know. Swim normally sees people breathe in a little and then blow it out. Swim has heard some really messed up comments such as “I lungs are too small to support the balloon” (yeah because you find breathing ALL THE AIR IN THE WORLD hard) and other comments like they have done it loads and do not have a clue. Swim has also been caught by the police and the police presumed it was a soda siphon. Swim has mixed it with drugs and feels the effects are interesting, when very drunk nitrous seems to prevent the feeling of being drunk for a before moment before putting the user back drunk. With Cannabis it seems more powerful to make the user sleepy. When with anti depressants (Mirtazapine) seems to make the user very heavy and tired. With poppers (space surfing) swim feels that the effects are increased by the point were swim has passed out from it and woke up with popper liquid all over himself. Swim has noticed the effects lasting longer and longer when done often and sometimes if swim knocks up a lot 20 or 30 x 16gs then feels much tried and needs sleep. Swim feels nitrous oxide also can make him feel horny etc. Whether you agree or disagree with what swim feels It may be useful to both swim as well as other swimmers. EDIT: Swim has noticed memory problems which with it swim feels he is more forgetful (Forgot about the memory problems…). Swim also gets whist on nitrous the effects some stoners get where by swim can start a conversation and forget what it was a bout half way through. Swim also thinks up amazing theories whist on nitrous but fails to remember them till he is off of it. Swim has tried to write some down but tends to forget them as he is writing them or write useless information. Last edited by maletwickenham; 28-08-2009 at 22:37. Reason: More Opinons added |

Re: Swim's Nitrous Oxide Opinion
does swiy think he/she is doing more damage than say a night of drinking (both antagonize nmda) after responsible nitrous use (no o2 deprivation, b-vitamins)?

Re: Swim's Nitrous Oxide Opinion
Swim used to think that Nitrous was the safest ever drug and still feels that it is. Swim does however act more childish and went his mates are around he does not tend to do as much. Today for example met up with a mate and she did loads of nitrous he did none. Swim when he did it met up with some girls and did some with them and was touching her ass and stuff. Something Swim would not normally do when he first met a girl.
So to answer your question swim thinks as long as swiy doesn't act like a prat on it it is safe. As long as one is not holding their breath between doing it. This makes ones lips turn blue and gives one a headache. It is a safe drug. It is given to mothers during child birth I believe? I thought I should back that claim up here is a quote from wikipedia copied and pasted into note pad then into here. A mix of nitrous oxide 50% and oxygen 50% is a medical anaesthesia gas, commonly known as Entonox (a registered trademark of BOC) or Nitronox,[1] or colloquially as 'gas and air',[2] and is frequently used in pre-hospital care, childbirth and emergency medicine situations by medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, midwives and paramedics. Re: Swim's Nitrous Oxide Opinion
Oh yea Swim is not as sharp after it. Swim is also likely to write stupid stuff and think it is clever up to 20 minutes after at times. Comparing it to drink though Swim would not be top form for hours. Swiy might want to stick to something more like caffeine if he plans to want to be intelligent or smart after taking a drug...

Re: Swim's Nitrous Oxide Opinion
Oh well Swim has not noticed anything less intelligent but memory may have been effected. Swim can't really remember as well as he used to be able to. I have never read anything bad like effecting memory or intelligence. hearing on the other hand can effect it.
Quote from Wikipedia (links removed) "Nitrous oxide should not be used in patients with bowel obstruction, pneumothorax, middle ear or sinus disease,[3] and should also not be used on any patient who has been scuba diving within the preceding 24 hours or in violently disturbed psychiatric patients.[1] Also the effects within the central nervous system cause depressive effects and as such is cautioned in cases of significantly decreased levels of consciousness." |
