Hydromorphone questions

SWIM has just found 54mg Hydromorphone but the date is passed of a year.. SWIM would like to know what are the recreational use doses and also if it's dangerous for SWIM to take those pills even if the date is passed...

also, AFOAF tried Hydromorphone and burfed... it it normal or was it unrelated to the use of Hydromorphone...
