So i have these capsules that contain Kava-Kava

a kava root, 200 mg each to be exact. The problem is they contain a
bunch of other stuff too because they are a diatary supliment. There is
10 mg of viatamin b,10mg of b2,10mg of niacinamide, 10mg of b6, and
200mg of st john's wort. Is there any use for these at all? i mean is
there a way to extract the kava kava? i took like 5 of these making it
1000 mg of kava root and nothing.

Umm, why would you extract the kava? You could just buy pure kava alkaloid capsules. Either way, you probably won't get much out of taking large amounts of kava.

Be carful doing things that you dont know a lot about. The one thing you dont want to do is take something that you think will make you have a good night but you end up having a bad one because you took something bad

Typically, when my cat takes Kava root, the high starts at around 7g (7 times what websters took).
