Favorite movies to watch when stoned
the first time swim watched harold and kumar go to whitecastle, he was stoned and couldn't stop laughing the whole movie, that was the best movie he has ever seen while stoned, altough it isn't as good anymore becuz he watched it like everday for 2 weeks after that (stoned everytime) and it started to get old after a while, swim also likes friday,next friday,friday after next, half baked, and pretty much any other stoner/comedy movies while he's high........whatare your favorite movies while high?

haha yea i enjoy that one as well..i enjoy Old School(hilarious) and
the Pink Floyd DvD..both fun to watch while stoned oh and dont forget

i dont like half baked. i really liked it when i started smoking but
now when i watch it i get the impression that its a fraud. they only
smoke once throughout the entire movie and each take one hit. they are
always using awkward slang like when chappele says "can i get 4
dimebags?". i have never in my life heard an experienced smoker say "4
dimebags" people generally say "4 sacks" or "a 40 sack" or "2 grams".
that could be a local thing i guess, its set in new york in the 90s and
i wasn't there and didn't smoke at the time so things could have
changed. but all in all it seems sort of like a "how-to" movie for new
smokers and i can't stand watching it anymore.

i cant agree with u more about half baked, i liked it more b4 i smoked... but its still fun.... regarding the terminology if u buy off black kids ( no racial offense intended) they dont sell by weight for some crazy reason and i have heard ppl callin 1/8s 40 sacks... but i understand wat ur sayin, but u should check out requim for a dream its amazin

Harold and Kumar i could not stop laughing at that movie while baked, its 100 times funnier. Donnie Darko is another one to watch, you get really deep into the movie. SWIM is gonna smoke a joint now PEACE

this might sound kind of dumb but finding nemo and muppets from space are both halarious stoned. every time the thoughts "it's a talking fish" or "it's a talking puppet" went through my head i would laugh my ass off.

any movie that you normally would enjoy would be more enjoyable baked, that being said.


homegrown was a pretty good pot movie


as far as halfbaked goes, in some ways its unrealistic and just not the way it is..but some parts get it right to, like when it was showin all the different kinds of smokers, and sayin which dealers to go thru at the beggining


my only major opposition to that movie is when they become narcs in the end, thats just not cool.

Super troopers, Bongwater, Go, Homegrown, Fear and Loathing, etc. Half baked is so old and just so predictable, but i guess any movie gets that way after you watch it too many times. One of my all-time favorites is "Harold and Maude"; a boy and an 80-year-old woman meet each other at their favorite thing to see: Funerals. It is incredibly funny -- black comedy at its best. See death, and wake up to Life.

I just watched Blade Trinity last night. One could argue that the Mega macho antics and unrealistic fight scenes put the blade series in the repetative/unimaginative action movie clap trap bin. But i find that the cinimatography and surrealistic cut scenes are worth it. Very interesting movies to watch while high.

WAKING LIFE, dude waking life is an animated movie that explores questions about philosophy, psychology, history, and politics...sounds boring right? its amazingly trippy and extremely interesting....cant believe you guys havent seen waking life

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is one of the greatest stoner movies ever. Along with How High and Half Baked. Spun is also an excellent choice although it is about meth it is very interesting and informational while stoned.

How high is great to watch when stoned. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was pretty understandable. And you just can't help laughing on all of the episodes of Star Wars.

How High is actually a great movie to watch while stoned. It is hilarious and uplifting.


Harold and Kumar is a classic. SWIM was BLOWN when he saw Wedding Crashers and he really enjoyed it.

I have to say that i dont really enjoy watching movies on pot, or any drugs in general. If i watch a movie i tend to get really sleepy and lethargic, becaus enothing is going on, maybe this is something peculiar with my high, but for me the movie tends to distract me from the high.





Although sometimes watching kung-fu movies can be a blast, but that is a given even if ur sober.
