Other - Adderall, Cigs, and Weed While Pregnant

My friend, Swim, found out a few days ago that she's been pregnant for about a month and a 1/2. She takes Adderall XR (prescribed for the depressed side of bipolar 1) 40mgs a day, but she has a lot of extra and sometimes takes up to 100mgs a day. My question is... Is it okay to take Adderall while pregnant, especially that much? If she does have this baby (as opposed to getting an abortion soon), what, if anything, could be wrong with him/her? Also, I know this isn't about Adderall, but Swim also smokes like 8 cigs a day and smokes weed 3-5xs a day. I don't know much about being pregnant, so if there's anything else you can tell me to tell my friend, I'd appreciate it. Oh, and one more thing... Does it hurt to have an abortion?
