SkipRipper should urgently read the rules.

How can government regulate smart drugs

Piracetam and even 5-HTP are available only by prescription in SWIMs country. What SWIM doesn't understand is why these substances are regulated when they have such low toxicity and so many beneficial effects such as protecting the brain from damage and alleviating depression.
