is there a way to stop lossing so much weight on pills, i only do them
once every month now, but i still seem to los a couple of punds everytime? i.e if i eat a big filling meal with lots of calrories before doing pills, will i not loss as much weight, cause im skinny enough as it is! |

If you only do pills once a month, the amount of weight that you lose should not drastically affect your appearance. It is probably just water weight that you're losing, so make sure to keep yourself adequately hydrated and just eat like you normally do (maybe have a milkshake or something fatty like that if you want to consume more calories). If you generally feel like you are too thin, try to eat more protein and consider starting on a bit of weight lifting, like maybe 15-20 mins every other day, nothing too drastic. If you eat a big meal before taking a pill, it will take ages for you to come up and may weaken its effect. I don't think you have to fast before taking a pill, but you don't have to purposefully eat a huge mal either. Edited by: elbow |

kebabs rock night after pills
do you eat sufficiently the day after you take them? i always find it really difficult to eat much, but a few beers and a spliff later ill eat pretty much anything. including kebabs
|
