Increacing effects each time
SWIM has been trying to make 1/4 last as long as possible nd so has been smoking it since march/April. Each time SWIM smokes the effects seem to be stronger - at the beginning of the 1/4 Swim needed a large bowl full to get good feeling, now SWIM only needs a pinch (towards the end of the 1/4) to get the same.
SWIM only smokes Friday evening but it gets better every week ![]() Is it SWIM or the bud? |

Re: Increacing effects each time
That's awesome man, swim would have to say it is Swiy's body which happens to have this (awesome and) unusual reaction. As far as swim knows, there are no strains of weed which reduce tolerance/increase in effect.

Re: Increacing effects each time
That happens to swim too. When swim has the proper convictions and can bring himself to not blaze for a bit, he always gets muuch higher than the previous, especially if the intervals begin to to get longer. Makes sense if you think about it.

Thats great. SWIM thinks its nothing to do with the weed, but maybe something to do with your stomach being full or empty, because of the way the fat absorbs the thc molecules, but SWIM is not completely sure anyway.
Also smoking once a week is a good idea, as tolerance is less likely to build up. Enjoy man.

Re: Increacing effects each time
This effect is called reverse tolerance... it happens because the brain somehow "learns" how is to be high... for example, many newbies need to smoke a lot of weed to start feeling the weed effects (or even doesnt get high at all)... but after some time they need less weed to get the same effects.
Using weed only once a week keeps the "normal" tolerance (the one which makes the effects get weaker if you smoke very frequently) very low, and so the reverse tolerance can be more easily noticed. |

maybe good bud, but it should be the same and definately not greater effects because of a tolerance buildup

Re: Increacing effects each time
no, that is not true at all.
pot has been shown to exhibit reverse tolerance until use becomes quite habitual (aka daily for sometime) but yeah, first time swim got high it took about 3/4th a gram, but now some 6 years later he only needs about 1/6th of a gram to acheive ~the same effects |
