Effects - any reason why PEA didnt work?

swim is aware that this is a nootropics section and not so much a recreational use of certain things, swim recently purchased some phenylethlamine and took 5 capsules each with 250 mg of pea in it. felt tired for maybe 20 minutes, but never did really get that euphoric high swim heard so much about it, or even a concentrated feeling that a nootropic should bring on. if it helps swim is a female 100 lbs 5'3 so pretty small, but the dose never truly effected her. thanks for any answers.

In swims experience in order to overwhelm the action of mao enzymes more than 2.5g must be consumed. I would like to add however that I do not recommend this as it had a negative effect on swim's blood pressure and was not at all recreational.

yeah that sounds like a lot to take for a good night of fun, im completely confused about pea, swim purchased it as a replacement for adderall because it had similarities to amphetamines. when reading the experiences, it sounds like it gives swiy effects more like alcohol, and not so much speed .
