I have two things I'm wondering about regarding antabuse.
The first of which is that my doctor told me to wait 7 days before starting it (since my last drink) but everywhere I read on the web and in the pamphlet I got from the pharmacy says 12 hours.
The second of which is I've heard people in detox centers talk about drinking on antabuse. Are they lying? The list of symptoms you read on websites like "Copius vomiting" and "flushing" and so on do not really give the mental concept of what it's really like to experience the sickness of drinking on antabuse. Can anyone describe it?
