Dose - First Time Ayahuasca Dosage Question

As my dog was reading the Ayahuasca recipe post today, he saw a thread describing using Syrian Rue seeds and Diplopterys cabrerana. The post said gel capping the SR seeds would work best, but my dog can't do that. So he was wondering if these changes could be made:

1) Simply adding the Syrian Rue seeds (3.5-4 grams of crushed seeds) into the boiling brew, or taking them orally not in the tea (whichever works)

and

2) Replacing the Diplopterys cabrerana with Banisteriopsis caapi (20 grams)

My dog was wondering if this recipe would work, and if anyone on DF had tried a recipe similar to this as well as how intense it would be for first time Ayahuasca use.
