Yes, but provided it's either the one or the other. Never, repeat, never combine volatile nitrates with Viagra. They both work on the same enzyme. Nitrates (poppers, nitroglycerine etc.) are the single big contraindication with Viagra (or its equivalents Cialis etc.).

Viagra alone is OK. It is, in fact, the best: few side-effects, reduces blood pressure a bit, just the ticket.
