Alcoholic Gene?

Unfortunatly swim relasped after only 2 days clean. Swim blacked out and apparently phoned swims parents - who are on holiday!

Subsequently swims parents are sending swims uncle (who is an alcoholic) to monitor me over the next few days.......should be interesting

Swims uncle is an alcoholic and swim thinks (knows) he is too. Is there an alcoholic gene?
