I was just wondering what possible dangers there are when it comes to ordering acid from an online source? My friend has been ordering RCs from this source for a while but those seem to be in more of a grey area. I don't want to discuss the shipping methods used but they are very discreet. Here's what I want to know:

What are the chances of a random unsuspicious letter being opened and inspected?
What would happen if this did happen? Would he get a phone call or something?
What sort of legal problems (if any) could he face?
Is there any chance it could lose potency in the mail?
