Dizziness three days after excessive alcohol consumption

I'm a male, 16 years old, 170 cm and 54 kilos. I'm not at all used to drinking much, but last Thursday, I went out with some friends and had a few too many drinks (about 7 beers and 3 Apfelkorns). At first I didn't really notice, so I figured that I had to be pretty resistant to alcohol and I become over-confident.
Then, when I realised that I started to feel drunk, I stopped drinking, but it was too late and the symptoms kept worsening. I had to vomit once or twice and someone took me home and let me drink a lot of water.
The next day, I could still remember everything and I didn't have a bad headache, but I felt quite dizzy and nauseous. That evening, I felt better and had three beers. I haven't drunk anything since then.
However, 3 days later I still feel a little dizzy and weak and someone even noticed that I'm not walking straight. Also, my left ear hurts slightly and yesterday I heard a noise, but that's probably due to the loud music and yelling. It almost seems as if I'm still slightly drunk, which is really weird, since the alcohol should be long gone from my body by now. I don't take any medicines (beside vitamins).
Would anyone know why this is and what I can do about it? Thanks a lot.

I don't know what 'Apfelkorns' (seems dutch) are but 7 beers is more than usual tho' not extremely much.Your hangover was done by the next night which makes me think that the dizziness lasting that much has another cause. You should see a doctor. If your drinks weren't spiked with something you might have a health problem.

This, in combination with your avatar, made me laugh.

Btw, Apfelkorn is a German grain alcohol infused with apple juice and sugar.

Re: Dizziness three days after excessive alcohol consumption

This happened once to SWIM after drinking gallons of liquor over three days. SWIM doesn't remember much besides blacking out, waking up, and drinking more. After running out of alcohol SWIM remembers feeling sick for about a week. I believe he may have induced a state of hypoglycemia. In any case he's fine now except that now when he drinks he experiences sudden withdrawal symptoms and gets hangovers which he never used to have.

Re: Dizziness three days after excessive alcohol consumption

Don't worry, I feel like this after i've been on a bit of a bender.

When I go out I usually drink around 1 Litre of sparkling red wine before I leave, followed by probably 1 bottle of cider per hour, for around 12 hours, with about 5 or 6 Jaegerbombs in between all of that.

If I eat well before I go to bed, and eat well and sleep well on the sunday, i'm normally fine by monday, but if I don't eat much, and don't get too much sleep, for the majority of the day I feel dizzy, lightheaded and a little disorientated until as far as wednesday or even thursday.

Get a good meal, an early night and a couple of litres of water down your neck, you'll be fine.
