Hello Swimmers,

If this were to be SWIY's last post, what would SWIY want the other members of this forum to take away from SWIY knowledge?

Would it be a life changing experience (good / bad) that SWIY would want other's to know about or an idea that SWIY would have hoped to passed onto to the novice that is teetering on the edge of additiction.

Possibly, working on creating a sticky thread that would have contained ALL of the issues regarding hitting a vein for others to benefit from reading?
