Yeah I posted that on message 24 in this thread about Hitler. There was also an allegation Princess Diana tried coke once before she became a royal and got really freaked out from it. I think that's rubbish because someone was trying to sensationalise a book they were writing about her and after all dead people can't sue for libel!

A few stories about Kathy Lloyd that I intended to post last night.

She was first offered cocaine by a photographer when she was doing a photoshot aged 17. She didn't know what to do with it so she put it in water and drank it. It completely numbed her mouth, and the photographer laughed at her and told her she was supposed to put it up her nose!

She was caught hoovering up coke in the toilets of El Cid nightclub in London and splashed across the tabloids in 1994.

Her marriage only lasted eight months- fellow model Kirsten Imrie slept with her husband.

TV presenter Paul O'Grady said that when he met Lloyd at a party, she could not sit still for a moment, kept sniffing and disappearing to the toilet every 10 minutes. Hmm...

She appeared on a Channel 4 documentary about cocaine in 2001 to describe her preferred method of "tooting" and the effects the drug has had on her life. Ms Lloyd has a special silver spoon and a tube which she always carries around with her. She keeps her coke in her wonderbra when she goes out.

In recent years, she has worked for British soft porn channel Men & Motors.

Another recent coke scandal in the UK:

This involves the girlfriend of England soccer player Peter Crouch, who was a member of England's World Cup 2006 squad. His girlfriend, 20-year old blonde model Abby Clancy has been revealed by a UK tabloid to have a serious cocaine habit. She was sent home from the World Cup after lurid rumours, confirmed by newspaper photographs this past weekend.
