Hypertension (essential)-cause conflict(anger turned inward)

I have essential hypertenison caused by conflict. Psychatrist gave me diazepam 3x2mg 4 months.
Now i dont have emotions, I am not so upset and hypertenison is still here (avarage 136).
Soon i will solve that job conflict. What do u think ?

Did I make mistake by taking diazepam. ??! Iam affraid yes , because I cicatrize conflict!?!?!

All suggesstions are welcome!
