Health - drug interaction between Spice products and Ayahuasca?

SWIM is just wondering if someone ever had a problem with SPICE products and ayahuasca, such as

• severe chest pain
• severe headache
• stiff or sore neck
• enlarged pupils
• fast or slow heartbeat
• increased sensitivity of eyes to light
• increased sweating (possibly with fever or cold, clammy skin)
• nausea and vomiting

as SWIM was considering trying.

Some of the listed effects can be caused by the ayahuasca itself.
Combining it with SPICE, which is syntetic cannabioid with herbal mixture
shouldnt interact with MAOIs SWIM thinks. SWIM checked several sources. On some it is mentioned that the MAOIs can interact with other psychodelic substances. Unless SWIM doesnt know the whole herb mixture SPICE is containing he cant give a "start signal"!

Perhaps another SWIMmer has more detailed information on it!

If you must try this i would highly sugest starting VERY low at a dose you couldn't imagine having a psychoactive effect and working your way up.

I would certainly advise against this. The CYP studies for JWH-18 show combining with drugs may be problematic. Adding MAOIs does not sound like a wise plan.

Could you link to the CYP studies? I couldn't find anything with a quick google.
