Question Problem with Side Effects and Delayed Onset with Capsuling Kratom!

Swim has been capsuling his Kratom lately, using Super indo. Swim takes his normal dose but notices that nothing happens for 3-4 hours and once something does happen its not fun... its agonizing pain in his lower stomach... a mild amount of nausea but mostly just a hard pain. makes it so swim can not do anything... this pain last about an hour and once its gone the fun starts...

So Swim is wondering why it starts so late and is this incredible pain avoidable. Swim has done this one empty and slightly full stomachs... and nothing seems to help his pain but time...

Swim uses Super indo and the capsules he got were 00 vegetarian capsules if any of that matters... dosage was 10-15g... his normal dose a little more cause the capsules hit a little weaker...

Swim's idea was that it might have something to do with the Kratom being so dry as this kind is extremely dry and powdery, swim has never been able to toss n wash because it sticks to his throat making him gag and almost stop breathing...

Swim drinks quite a bit after taking and has tried eating... but no help... so he is confused is this normal and unavoidable or what?

Swim normal puts the kratom in between apple sauce and gulps it down to avoid contact with throat or tongue, with no nausea at all this way.
