Injecting - 1st time - Injecting H, what to know about black tar? Prep & qty of dose.

A friend of mine who is a long time opiate user is considering injecting H for the first time. He lives in San Francisco and from what he's read, he's expecting to only be able to find black tar (H3) instead of H4 which he'd prefer.

The main questions he has is:

• Not trying to source, but has anyone ever found H4 in S.F. or surrounding area? (again, not looking for specific info, just a yes/no) And, what should one expect to pay for a G?

• He has injected Oxy, Dilly & Morph but never H, how much should one use if they'd injected 12mg's of dilly, or 160mg of oxy without any problem?

• If only H3 is available how important is it to use vit c or is heating it enough?

• Anything else he should know?
