anyone have any advice on how i should smoke the hash I have just come into?

Hash is typically smoked out of a pipe.



It is possible to make an improvised pipe out of an aluminum soda can.

Just warm it up with a lighter (to make it soft), break it up (using your fingers) into a powder-like form (avoid too many lumps of hash).

Mix it with toasted tobacco (or pot, if you're really hardcore), in a 1(hash)/4(tobacco) ratio (again, depending on the quality, you could go lower with good hash).

This tobacco/hash mix can be smoked in any way you would normally smoke your buds.



(Toasted tobacco = just break up a cigarette, or like half of it, and torch it a little with a lighter, this makes for less harsh smoke)

unless you are a regular (cigarette) smoker I would not recommend mixing with tabaco, smoke the hash straight or mix it with bud, or better yet 'hot knife' it.

Smoke the hash straight? You need to mix it with something if you're gonna smoke it in anything other than a vaporizer.

Toasting the tobacco really makes it easier on the lungs; I don't think well toasted tobacco is too harsh for a non-smoker.

I entirely disagree, smoking hash in a pipe (although perhaps not the absolutely most economical method) works just fine, and from personal experience I like to take big hoots when I smoke hash and such hoots of any form of tabacco irritates my lungs to hell.

if you break it into small pieces it burns fairly good, however, its good to smoke it with other peope because once it starts burning it keeps burning, so if you hand off the pipe right away you won't waste any smoke.

Just toast the tobacco well, to get rid of all the perfume and nicotine. Then use a scissor or a knife to hold the hash on while warming it. Warm it alot, then rub it into the tobacco. The mix should look almost like brown powder.


I use about 1 cig to 1 gram hash.

just heat and break it, and sprinkle it on the weed or tobaco. i like a pipe or bong the best.

Break off a chunk and stick it on the end of safety pin, Get a glass out of the cupboard. Light the chunk thats stuck on the end of the safty pin. When it is lit, blow out the flame and put the open end of the glass over the riseing smoke. Then, suck up (breath in)the smoke from the downturned glass which has "captured" the riseing smoke. Repeat as deemed necessary.

i have the habit (im a smoker) to just you roll it just like weed but the difference with hash is in the filter instead of using a piece of cardboard like u do with weed you just use a piece of cig as a filter sounds maybe weird but its doable and better then cardboard if u smoke it in joint form because cardboard really fucks ur throath up.

you could allways try baking a cake or making a yogurt if you dont want to smoke it,it gets you really stoned when you eat it too

Another good way to smoke is in a joint, but best to
use good buds and cut the joint into 2-3 segments
as resins will accumulate heavily in the roach-end
with each hit.

If you attempt to smoke a whole joint mixed with 1/4
gm of hash, before long you'll find it hard to maintain
the ember, and by the time you are 1/2 way through it
will stink rank resin and have a bad flavor.

...One more thing:

If you're smoking in a pipe or bong, use a fine mesh
screen (or double-up with wide mesh screens)
because hash will crumble and break into small firey

use the hot knife method.


cut the bottom off a plastic bottle so its like a big funnel. heat one knife till its red hot, put your hash on another cold knife then touch the hot knife onto the hash under the funnel and suck like all buggery.its the best way to smoke tobacco free without a vaporiser.

Top tip for hot knives - heat both knives, pick up the hash with the end of one knife when glowing seriously red, and squeeze the other knife onto it hard and fast, burning the hash quickly. Wait until all the smoke has been released and the knives removed from the bottle before inhaling - a lot less harsh on the throat!

Knives with insulated handles are also a very good idea...

I smoke hash the whole time and I avoid all the fancy shit. A tobacco joint does the job fine.

I agree, I enjoy smoking hash the most in a tabacco joint (half cig or a little more).

Hash is also great if you mix it with some hooka tabbaco (don't know what to call it in english) and smoke it from the hooka.

The mix of weed and hash is also very great.

Man I love hash, It's just so good, the taste is good and the high is also very good, so happy to live in this country

Toasted tobacco is alot less harsher than just normal tobaccco as you heat it to remove alot of the chemicals. I smoke and if i dont have pot then hash on tobacco is good, you really dont need alot of tobacco, you could have half/half and just pack them smaller.

Pop a little chunk into the Vaporizer, and turn up the heat.
