MatchNSomeGasoline should urgently read the rules.

Black tar balloons

What does the dealer do to the chiva to put it in the condition that they balloon. They always seem like perfect little rocks when u open the balloon. Does anyone know what they do? Or am I just tripping and they just break a piece off and weigh it and balloon it.
