Culture - Nitrous OPs in EAST USA

So SWIM has been doing research on the life of someone running a nitrous op at festivals in his native land east usa. Swim has heard a lot about the philly mob attempting to control the market and with the beating death of a man at gathering of the vibes in Connecticut over nitrous it looks like considering making money this way is getting to be more and more dangerous. Please post about experiences at festivals with nitrous regarding the operations themselves swim is very curious about getting a tank next summer and making rounds and would like to gather as much information as possible before attemping to get into something thats becoming such a grimey business. Also, any info on getting business at parties with tanks is also appreciated.
