Opinions - Why we have a drug war

This is just my opinion why we have a drug war and why so many countries are anti- dug use. First before we can ask why there is a drug ware we have to look at other thinks .

1.drinking was illegal doing the Prohibition in th 20's and 30's
2.Porn use to be illegal in the US this was even soft porn
3. And you all know that s-e-x shops use to get raided by the cops like the s-e-x toys ,books ,magazines ,movies so on.
4. You dare not cought before the 60's in blue jeans or t-shirt other than working on the farm , blue ripped jeans was a no no ,no girl would wear jeans or pants ,no girl would look or dress like a man ,sexism was big ,jeans and other casual wear was considered rebelious and not acceptable.
5.Smoking was acceptable for 20+ year of age to the link to cancer than the late 90's smoking beame a big taboo mostly back by intrest groups that fear youth taking up smoking more so than cancer .
6.Well porn is legal but still a hot topic no one talks about and more private .
7. Well drinking is acceptable it is still a taboo for recreation use and more acceptable for special occasions or holidays and one wine for diiner .
8.Well going to bar or strip club is still some thing you do not tell your family, boss, or people you work with unless they tha't mind of people. It is still some thing city councils hate to have in their city.
9.And s-e-x shop or store is sill some thing you do no't tell people you go to or look at.
10.Rember hollywood how many times before they struck down sexual stuff on TV or in the movies that are nothing to what they have on today.
11. s-e-x with out marriage or sleeping with some one with out marriage was totally NOT acceptable.
12.The late 80's and 90's was change of divorce and common-law that was totally NOT acceptable before.

Do to this voice set of mind on s-e-x ,smoking ,drinking,street hookers and drugs to this day this is hot topic people do not want to talk about or hear. President Richard Nixon in 1969 made a campaign to be tough on crime ,war on drugs and this was birth of the prisons and cops.The drug war and prison industrial complex got stared by Richard Nixon that made a campaign on the war on drugs and made a officially declared a "war on drugs and tough on drug laws.Do to Richard Nixon we have a exploding population of people in prison do to the war on drugs.The prison industrial complex got worse over time of tough laws and the 3 stike laws.

Many people tell me the prison industrial complex is companies who do businesses with prisons like making uniforms for inmates ,uniforms for prison guards , toilts ,the beds ,food ,jail bars , bed sheets ,phones in prisons ,cameras ,technology and other stuff in prisons and construction companies building prison that some how got big and got congressman to pass tough laws .Much like the military industrial complex of companies who do businesses making tanks, trucks, jeeps, food ,clothing and uniforms ,guns ,planes ,ships ,bullets so on that some how got big and got congressman to be war happy.



In some cities and growing problem in the US is a degenerating of US society of only cops and gangs .The lack of good pay ,lack of jobs ,the psychological effect of being in prison has created a underclass.In places of the death penalty and 3 stike laws still have very high crime rates.Many young people feel no hope and the lack of good pay or jobs and feel the only job is being in gang or law enforcement or military.Many war veteran had a high rate of homeless after the war , having a hard time getting a job and other veteran dealing with the psychological effect of the war.

Many people from the gulf war got sick and the government covered it up to not cover their healthcare.Many people from the war that is going on now or the war in 90's got into law enforcement .Alot of people and growing in law enforcement have done time in the army.

Everday there is factories and businesses in the US closing up and moving to China and India for cheaper labor and no work benefits !!All thanks to globalization.Well the US economy is going to a service sector based economy.The problem is there is only so many jobs in the service sector based economy.

Lack of jobs , low pay ,no benefits ,no hope , on your own is the byproduct of crime or gangs. Well the government will not help you the gang organization will and support you and take you out of poverty with a catch you do what the leader of the gang organization tells you like stealing , robbery, car theft,murder an B&E so on.

It is my opinion drug war is conplex thing rooted in the war on voice ,profit and employment like DEA ,FBI ,cops ,probation officers and thing that keeps the court busy.

And back by intrest groups ,church ,moral groups ,prison industrial complex ,DEA and cops so on.
