Dangers of a combination of diphenhydramine and codeine

I was reading the diphenhydramine Wiki and noticed that it said that an opiate and a dose of diphenhydramine above 125mg was dangerous.

SWIM has had some of the best trips in his life doing 150mg of codeine and 150mg of diphenhydramine. After reading this, SWIM is a little concerned. So what would those dangers be? Anything long term?
