Health - pretty urgent- Diphenhydramine, hawaiin woodrose and heart problems. please help

After discovering the psychoactive qualities of diphenhydramine, despite warnings SWIM decided to give it a go, after finding it somewhat enjoyable for whatever reason, I don't know, he continued to use it a couple more times before deciding to use it in conjunction with hawaiin woodrose.
On the time of the 'experiment' he resulted in having severly high heart rate. (apparently shouldve had a heart attack) though somehow managed not to. Since that night it feels as tho his heart beat is MUCH fainter than I'm sure it should be, and he keeps havin a kinda tight feeling around his left side of his chest. SWIM is concerned about what damage couldve been done and can't find much secure info on the topic of such things combined or diphenhydramine alone and the long term effects on the heart.
It should be added previous to this to be honest idiotic idea he had been under a great deal of stress in itself placing pressure on the overall system.
What SWIMS wondering is; is he in danger? Would this damage be permanent if its damaged? Basically, crap man! What's the shiz on this? PLS PLS help!

A few questions might help to elucidate this situation. What were the doses of the two substances ingested, and how often were they ingested (both independently and together)? What's the weight of the individual in question? Is the individual still under tremendous stress?

He weighs 7 n half/8 stone, still under ridiculous stress, used diphenhydramine 6times total.
Gd 2 to 3weeks between each, on this occassion used 600mg diph and 9 Hawaiin woodrose. HBWR used 4 times 3 to 4 weeks between aside that of a fair few years ago. Should be mentioned his diets not great, as in doesn't eat much as he should, due to depression.

approx 50kg then. 9 seems to considered a reasonably strong dose of hbwr, seems 600mg is a strong dose of diphenhydramine too.

if swiy is concerned about the state of their heart they should go to their doctors / hospital to get it checked out, instead of just worrying about it. swiy don't have to admit to anything you can just say recently you been having chest pains etc. though telling them what swiy've been up to could also help them diagnose.

HBWR as well as having LSA in it has ergot related things that can cause in severe cases ergotism, a symptom of which is vascoconstriction / weakend peripheral pulse.

FWIW, I think you'll be ok. Try the modest walk/jog test- if you can comfortably speak and converse without pain or discomfort, then should be ok. That was a bad combo though so look after swimself..if in doubt, always seek medical advice. They've always seen something worse than what you can dish up..

Circulatory disturbance can be caused by the LSA. If SWIY isnt sure about his health he should seek medical help.
