Swim took 20mg of Oxycodone at 4 30 today and waiting for the effects. After no effects swim took another 10mg at 5 20. After no effects swim just took another 5mg. No effects! He have no tolerance for opiates because he have used them only once about a week ago. Swim is on 50mg Zoloft could this be blocking the reaction? Swim has high tolerance for Xanax could this transfer over to Oxycodone?
No, Xanax (or any benzodiazepine) tolerance will not 'transfer' over to any opiate. Opiates. Swim doesn't believe Zoloft would have this much reaction with oxycodone, if any at all! This is VERY surprising to swim as 35 mg is a very large dose for someone with NO opioid tolerance. What form of oxycodone did swiy have and how were they administered?
also in the future, using generic names is generally a bad idea seeing as this site is used by people in various countries, thus brand names will be different. I.E. Xanax = Alprazolam.

swim took 3 10mg(Watson 932) and 1 5mg(watson I don't rmeember) orally. Crushed up one pill.
Yea that really weird, SWIM had been taking 45mg oxycodone a day for a month then SWIM took a week break and felt pretty good after taking a lower dose of 30mg.
Swim's in the same boat. He railed 20mg, which should be enough for a decent buzz, but not much. about an hour later he popped another 20mg, and barely felt an increase. His normal dose is 40mg, and hasn't done any opiate (besides like, 8mg 2 weeks a go) in over a month. This was brand name OC too.... Oh, but swim still did get a little sick, itchies, and the hiccups.
Tolerance has to do with muscle content, fat, when you ate last, and all kinds of shit. Even on snorting swim might wanna try to do it on an empty stomach and be sure your well hydrated that will help to.

I have a hard time believing swiy doesn't have a tolerance if 35 mg oxycodone did nothing. Even if they were extended release, swiy would have eventually felt something.
