SWIM would like to know what the most efficient way of consuming Ritalin is? SWIM prefers to snort, but does not mind any other way, excluding injection.
Also; SWIM would like to know how Ritalin (or in SWIM's case, methylphenidate ( both 10mg PMS-Methylphenidate- small blue pill and APO-Methylphenidate SR 20mg Small white pill) reacts with marijuana.

For SWIM, based on his body he takes roughly 30 mg methylphenidate. His preferred method is insufflation, providing him with a great euphoric feeling and head rush.

SWIM absolutely loves combining methylphenidate and cannabis. SWIM feels that the cannabis is great for balancing out the uneasy, anxious feelings he recieves from methylphenidate about an hour after the dose. The cannabis helps with the comedown greatly for SWIM. Most importantly, it helps SWIM fall asleep if he uses methylphenidate in the evening.

Now, for the past two days, SWIM snorted ALOT of adderall XR. today, SWIM only had a bump around 4pm. is it okay to take approx, 20mg of methylphenidate (snorted) at around 7:30-8:30?
or is this a bad idea.?

You will be fine doing the day after. Snorting pills is not safe either way. Yes doing it every day for prolonged periods is worse, but my friend has snorted them every day, a few times a day, for about 20 days straight out of every month with no noticeable problems. This is not recommended, but you will not die.
