Dose - Any guess on how much fit in a 00 capsule?

swim is doing them by hand until his machine arrives... using 00 capsules which he knows that most powders are around .5g or 500mg in each capsule... is this a good estimate? no scale for swim... also he is using super indo... which is pretty fine and finer than bali powder... just trying to get some opinions for swim any help is appreciated.

swim has a hard time stuffing more than 400mg into any cap, but super fine powder could fit alot more as I use mostly powdered leaf.

thanks with a couple more info from other swims i think he can safely assume its around 500mg and just take a bit less than his average dose and see how it goes!

yeah. swim would assume that is about how much is in each pill. swim uses bali in 00 pills, and has averaged somewhere from 500 to 600 mg per pill, if swims calculations were correct.

swim supposes you could guess.. but wouldnt it depend on the density of said substance?

Packed fairly tightly, Eddie has always gotten about 400mg into a size 0, or about 500mg into a size 00 capsule. He could fit a wee bit more if he tried. This has been very consistent among many different batches of kratom powder, regardless of how finely ground it is.

SWIM agrees.....500mg in 1 "00" capsule...SWIM taps the cap holder many times to settle the powder and also pushes the powder down with the provided tamper tool

Swim using finely powdered kratom seems to consistently pack .6 of a gram into swim's 00's.
