Using Adderall for weight loss

SWIM takes lexapro and wellbutrin for depression, and has recently convinced her doctor that adderall also helps with her depression. SWIM wants to use adderall to lose weight. when SWIM first started taking it, 10 mg could kill her appetite, but now she is used to it.

SWIM has 5 mg and 10 mg XR pills and can take up to 15 mg a day. does chewing the beads make it more effective? if not, how can SWIM consume these to get rid of appetite?
