are electronic cigs actually better for your health?
Today I was looking into electronic cigarettes and how they contain nicotine in vapor instead of smoke. I'm sure nicotine is still a poison, and I'm sure it's still carcinogenic in water-vapor.
I'm wondering tho - is nicotine in water-vapor really much better than nicotine in smoke? Because I want to buy one of those cool looking little electronic cigarettes, but I think it's all marketing and I'm not sure it's any better for my health than just smoking regular stogies. So - are electronic cigarettes substantially better for one's health, or are they just an internet gimmick? And - do they compare to real stogies as far as nicotine effects or not?
