A quick question

Hey,

I'm feeling pretty down because my girlfriend broke up with me, recently I did a methadone taper dose to get off a heroin addiction (not long, only 5 months) my last taper was last friday, and basicly I'm wondering, if I were to shoot say a . would my withdrawal symptoms come back?
