Thanks swim found this very helpful, PA is bull cops can stop someone for syringes but the needle exchange is sponsored by the state?????

SWIM was just thinking/wondering for the sake of a friend - anyone know if people all over the US can order syringes online anyways despite state laws?

Like the way SWIY can just order "research chemicals" and noone cares? Heheh

yes SWIM can order syringes online anywhere. SWIM and members of SWIM'S family order online for various things (steroids, heroin, u name it) and they all live in the tristate area where its illegal to have syringes without a percription, its never been an issue ordering online
