Has anyone heard of this form of Ketamine?

SWIM recently ran into a very cool group of people who enjoy K. SWIMS first experience with K was 9 years ago and this struck SWIM as odd.

The Ketamine is first a powder form, then water must be added, then you go about your basic heating to the final powder.

SWIM has NEVER heard of that. Powder to liquid then powder again??

Anyone??
