Smoking - Smoking & Drug Tests

Okay so here is the sitch. Ive been using for a while bout a year. Enough to get addicted. Id use up to a dub a day. Dubs here come out to .4. Maybe a little more on some days maybe a little less. I went about over a day and a half without smoking and I just smoked about i wanna say a little over a dub again maybe a .5. How long should I wait before i take my drug test and are there any tricks or tips to help eliminate the opiate toxins out of the urine besides drinking a shitload of water? Im also curious how much of a difference it makes if you smoke/snort/shoot it. The type of heroin is black tar. Thank you for all the info I really appreciate it. My freedome is in jepordy and I dont wanna fuck it up. =]
