Comedown Remidies?

Swim is coming down from Adderall XR, and is experiencing restlessness and deppression. It's his first time so he's never been through this before and he doesn't know what could help. And he can almost promise you he doesn't have any meds (except for advil and shit like that.) He took about 30mg of adderall XR around 8:30 this morning. It was in the capsule so he took it apart and dissolved it in water, Swim doesn't know if that matters (since it's his first time)... But does anyone have something that could help him come down softer?
