5 htp, St. Johns Wort and Cannabis

The swim would like to know if 100 MG 5-HTP, 900 MG St. Johns Wort, plus a small gram (less than half) of Cannabis is safe? Will there be any euphoria, or just a milder happier high? Greetings.
